Refund policy

Merchandise Orders:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email info@simplifaith.com as soon as possible and we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Simplifaith operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered.

 

Damaged Product:

Time is of the essence. The last thing we want is for your item to arrive damaged. In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery by contacting us at returns@simplifaith.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue before returning any products.

Along with Printful, we will review replacement/return requests only:

  • (a) There is a print error
  • (b) Product arrived damaged
